Rachel Ann Coxon, PhD
Principal Consultant and Director
Rachel has over 20 years’ experience in APAC, Europe, Australia, and America, in medical devices, diagnostics and life sciences. She has delivered growth while driving process and business improvement initiatives both as a consultant and as business leader in global firms.
Her experience includes to capital equipment, software and consumables for lab automation and diagnostics, radiology, surgical imaging, women’s health and fertility.
Richard Crebbin, MSc
Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder
Richard has over 10 years in senior manufacturing leadership manufacturing in the United Kingdom and Australia delivering outstanding results through business restructuring and process improvements.
He has over 25 years’ consulting experience working both with global consulting firms KPMG, PWC, and also independently. His expertise spans systems implementation, change management, leadership development and people and culture management. During his career he also held several non-executive directorships in the not-for-profit sector.
